A & G Manufacturing Co., Inc. was founded by Arvin Shifley & Glen Shifley Sr. in 1971. We are still a family owned company today. We started out as a Job Shop facility with machining, welding, fabricating, and finish painting. In 1975 we built our first building which has had 5 expansions and is now called Plant 2. In 1993 we purchased what is now called Plant 1. In 1996 we purchased the Pettibone Mercury Tow Tractor line after fabricating and assembling the units for them for several years.
Nova Metal Products Inc. is a CNC machining facility located in Eastlake, Ohio. We provide precision machining and assembly of products made of various metals and plastics. Nova Metal Products Inc. has expanded its machining capabilities to accommodate a broad range of industries such as the medical, flow controls, hardware, automotive and aircraft industries. Our CNC machines cover a wide range from which we can produce many sizes of parts with complex geometries. Additionally, an assembly department has been added in 2016 so that we can not only machine component parts, but now we can create a whole assembled product for our customers. In 2017 we expanded our buildings and purchased more machinery enabling us to accommodate our customers on a broader level of machining as well as grinding. We also updated our quality certification to ISO9001:2015. In 2018 Nova increased its customer base and completed renovations of its buildings.
Magnum Tool was established in 1974 by brothers Larry and Jim Grooms. Originally located at 2039 Webster Street. Sons of Larry, Greg and Chris purchased Magnum Tool in 1997 after 20 years of employment. In 2005 Magnum moved to their current location at 1407 Stanley Ave. Magnum Tool takes pride in traditional tool making skills handed down from generation to generation as well as modern machining practices. We purchased our first CNC in 1984 and continue to upgrade with the latest innovations in machining as well as maintaining traditional tool making methods.

The machining division has eight machining centers, two turning centers, four EDM machines and deep-drilling capabilities for all metals.
